About College

The University has taken the lead in contributing to the creation of a well-qualified ‘global’ pharmacist furnished with the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill the demands within all branches of the pharmaceutical industry and practice. The College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Manufacturing has met the national standards, as it has been accredited by the National Authority (NAQAA) for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education by Resolution No. 192 of 26/8/2019.

The College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Manufacturing at Misr University for Science and Technology is committed to graduating pharmacists according to National Academic Reference Standards (NARS), who meet the needs of the local and regional labor market and the requirements of advanced drug Manufacturing. 

Pharmacists who can perform innovative scientific research and provide community pharmaceutical care, training and scientific counseling within ethical values. 

To be a distinct college and academically accredited in pharmaceutical sciences, locally, regionally and internationally.

  1. Provide a dynamic and innovative curriculum in the didactic and experiential components.
  2. Continue to implement an assessment program that includes faculty, practitioners’ and students’ input.
  3. Enhance recruitment, admissions, advising, progression, and awarding of scholarships. 
  4. Strengthen the graduate programs. 
  5. Improve students’ professional skills by exposing them in the sixth academic year to different clinical rotations in different selected hospitals and institutions 
  6. Enhance communications among College and students. 
  7. Provide patient care, professional, and public service to the people of 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed cities. 
  8. Seeking accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAA).
